In late 2009 Te Wānanga o Aotearoa delivered its first STAR courses to tauira from the Tainui rohe. Steady growth during 2010 afforded further STAR delivery in Tamaki (Manukau) and Whirikoka (Gisborne) rohe. Preliminary hui with secondary schools from Waiariki and Papaioea rohe have set the foundations for delivery in 2011.
